If you received a gift card or voucher:

1. DO NOT use the code printed on the back of the card to sign in.
   This code is a unique identifier only.
2. To redeem:

Once verified, we will issue a special coupon code that allows you to bypass checkout and access your course.

📅 Note: Unless otherwise stated, gift cards and vouchers issued by E-Train Services expire 3 months after their date of issue.
